No weekend delivery or pick ups.
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have a $10.00 extra chaarge to shipping. UPS Ground is not available to these regions.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO deliveries please contact us for more information.
All in stock items will be shipped out the same business day if the order is placed before 3:00PM PST.

We are currently not taking international orders with the exception of Canada.

Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in US Dollars. HyperGameAction.com is not responsible for paying any duties, customs charges or tariffs on products when the package arrives in their country.

If a credit card is declined, we will be sending an email out that day. If there is no response to the email within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled by our order processing team.
We reserve the right to delay shipment for any reason.
Return Policy
All sales are final at HyperGameAction.com. All orders in transit cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return an unopened item for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Defective titles will be replaced within 30 days for the same item only. Shipping charges (UPS Ground) involved in returning defective products will be refunded back by HyperGameAction.com within upon receival of product. Items not returned to HyperGameAction.com via UPS Ground/USPS will not be credited.

Important Information About Import Games
All import games will be in Japanese, with some exceptions. All systems, except the handheld systems(Game Boy, NeoGeo Pocket, Wonderswan) are not compatible with the American Systems. In order to play import games on these systems, they will require a modification chip, or a converter. On each game title, there is a compatibility note after the description. The converters will not translate the language. The following systems are compatible with each type of converting device:
